Mr. Howard Misle is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Citation Growth Corp. Previously the CEO and founder of ACC Group of Companies (ACC), Mr. Misle joined Citation upon closing of its acquisition in August 2019. Mr. Misle has been involved in the cannabis sector since 2003 and played an integral role in the Nevada cultivation scene since its legalization. He has also founded American Metals Group which at its peak employed 700 workers and made $120 million (USD) in revenue before being acquired in 2011.Over the span of his career, Misle’s exceptional leadership skills paired with his undeniable vision has helped him build successful businesses bringing them to new heights.
As the CEO of Citation, he will oversee all CGC operations in the United States. Mr. Misle’s expertise in the cannabis sector will help exponentially grow this company to become a top tier competitor in this rapidly evolving industry.

Mr. Rahim Mohamed is the President, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Director of Citation Growth Corp and has been part of CGC, as the previous CEO, from October 2018 to August 2019. Over the course of his 23-year international career, in the private and public sector, he has been instrumental in closing multiple mergers and acquisitions; his most recent, positioning CGC as one of the largest cannabis footprint holders in the state of Nevada. Mr. Mohamed’s strong work ethic and fast pace, paired with his strategic forward thinking has allowed him to successfully execute corporate visions into reality, setting companies and shareholders up for success.
Mr. Mohamed is highly skilled in multiple facets demonstrating an exceptional background in finance, capital markets, business development, start-ups, internal audits, leadership, marketing, operational streamlining, mergers, acquisitions and investor relations. Mr. Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in Management (Commerce) and is a member of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada (PCMA) [formerly known as Exempt Market Dealers Association of Canada (EMDA)].
